How we work together
Each session is a space to slow down, listen to what's actually happening in your body and your life, and do the work that can't be done alone. We move between conversation, pranayama, somatic and energy release, and pattern work — depending on what you need that day. Some sessions are quiet. Some are heavy. Some you'll leave laughing.
This work is shaped around you. Not a method I apply to everyone. A slow process of uncovering what you already know, underneath everything you've been told to believe about yourself.

The process
Coaching is a six or twelve month commitment with weekly virtual sessions, including the option to extend. This isn't a quick fix and it isn't meant to be. The depth comes from showing up consistently over time.
