I want to share a pranayama practice I do most mornings. It's the one I reach for when I land somewhere new, when my nervous system is frayed from constantly moving, or when I just need to slow down and recenter.

It's a 10-minute practice that combines two breath techniques to calm the nervous system and clear the energy channels in the body. You don’t need anything to do this practice other than yourself and your breath.
